Return to Previous PageRobin studied Art in South Africa and at Goldsmiths’ College, London. He has worked in advertising and taught Design in colleges and at university. He now makes his own work, blending a passion for iconic cars with a love of Art.
His painting has developed from an illustrative style to its current minimalist ‘hard edged’ graphic style. Robin seeks to capture the essence of his subject in its purest form using bold shapes and areas of flat, vivid colour, to evoke a sense of speed and dynamism.
